Purchasing a villa at The Astamana represents considerable investment potential.

The property is in Bali’s most sought-after location – Canggu. Prices in this area, particularly close to the beach where The Astamana is located, are increasing year-on -year at a rate considerably greater than any other part on the island.

In addition, the amount of land available for residential development in this area is severely restricted since much of the district is designated Green Belt and cannot be developed in the future.

For purchasers who don’t intend to live at The Astamana as full-time residents, and have paying guests occupy their homes in their absence, Return on Investment can be substantial. It can be extended up to three times adding up to a total tenure of 100 years. A foreigner is entitled to only one “Hak Pakai” title for a property not exceeding a certain size. The “Hak Pakai” is transferable or renewable if sold to another foreigner.
